抹茶の風味を最大限に表現できるように、乳化剤や香料を使用しないオリジナルの無添加クーベルチュールチョコレートを開発しました。
宝石の「翡翠(ひすい)」のような神秘的で美しい輝きを放つ高級感漂う色合いの翡翠。
高級抹茶特有の、茶葉本来の旨みと愛、高い貴な香りが受け取られた感動のある風味豊かな深い味わい。
濃厚の先に広がる雑味のない透明感のある味わいで、絹のような口溶けと、

とても濃厚な味わいとなりますので１cm程度にスライスしてお召し上がり下さい。
お湯などでナイフを温め、水気をしっかりとってからカットします、綺麗な断面をお楽しみいただけます。

To Enjoy:
Due to its intensely rich flavor, we recommend slicing it into 1cm-thick pieces.
For the most beautiful presentation, warm a knife in hot water, wipe off the moisture, and cut carefully to reveal a smooth, elegant cross-section.
