5寸、7寸、8寸の皿と少し深さのある7寸の深皿は銘々皿からワンプレートまで食卓のニーズを全て叶えるサイズ展開となっています。
どのサイズも汁気の多い料理でもあまり気にせずにご使用いただける深さを持っています。皿の縁には少しデザインが施されており、皿全体を単調にせずに引き締める効果を施しています。
このシリーズは一見、陶器に見えますが『白瓷』という仕上げの磁器の器となっており、巨匠ならではのセンスと卓越した技術が遺憾なく発揮された器です。
『白瓷とは灰白もしくは白色の胎に透明釉ないしは乳白色，白色の釉薬をかけて高火度で焼き上げたやきもの。鉄分を少量含んだ胎で焼いた半磁器のものをいわゆる白磁と区別して白瓷と記すことがある。』 と説明されます。
磁器の持つ堅牢度の高い性質はそのままに、どのような料理も優しく包み込むような暖かな白がより料理を美味しく魅せてくれます。
