雄大な南アフリカの美しい自然に育まれ生まれたSUBRINAは紺碧の伊豆の海で、波の調べを聴きながら穏やかに熟成を遂げました。
熟したブラックチェリーにローストしたプラムのニュアンス。カカオにリコリス、腐葉土など熟成の雰囲気を纏ったアロマ。優しく滑らかな口当たりで、凝縮感と透明感の共存したテクスチャーが印象的です。
ジューシーな果実感とフレッシュな酸味が心地よく、わずかにドライなタンニンがスパイシーなフレーヴァーと共に余韻の味わいをバランス良く引き締めます。

"SUBRINA," nurtured and born in the magnificent nature of South Africa, has matured peacefully while listening to the rhythm of the waves in the deep blue sea of Izu.
It features ripe black cherry with hints of roasted plum. The aroma is adorned with cocoa, licorice, and forest floor notes that reflect its aging process. The wine has a gentle and smooth mouthfeel, and it impresses with the coexistence of concentration and transparency in its texture.
Juicy fruitiness and fresh acidity provide a pleasant balance, while a touch of dry tannin tightens the lingering flavor, along with spicy notes.
