弊社製品は職人による手仕事にこだわり、一点一点丹精込めてお作りしております。厳しい検査基準を設けておりますが、手作りガラスの特性や製法上、やむを得ず、形に若干のバラつきや、気泡、生地のムラ等が混入することがございます。予めご了承くださいませ。

お手入れ方法

【洗浄時】

• グラスを洗う時は、他の食器とは別にして中性洗剤などで優しく手洗いして下さい。研磨剤入りのスポンジ、クレンザー、金属たわしなどを使用しますと、グラスに傷が付き破損の原因になりますので、ご使用にならないでください。指輪などでもグラスに傷が付く場合がありますのでご注意ください。

• 食器洗い乾燥機は、機種により高温水でグラスが破損する場合がありますので、ご使用はお控えください。

• グラスの内側を洗う際は、十分にご注意ください。内側から力を入れてひねり洗いしますと、破損して思わぬ怪我をする恐れがあります。柄付きのスポンジ等のご使用をお勧めします。

【使用時】

• 急激な温度変化（特に急冷）でグラスが割れることがあります。ガラスが熱いうちに冷たいものを入れたり、濡れたところに置かないでください。
• グラスに傷が付くと破損しやすくなります。グラスどうし、あるいは硬いものとぶつからないように取り扱ってください。

【収納時】

• 洗浄後は、よく乾燥してから収納してください。
• グラスを積み重ねますと、破損したり外れなくなったりします。スタック専用以外のものは、積み重ねないでください。やむを得ず重ねる時は、グラスの間に柔らかい紙などを間に挟んでください。
• 長期間使用しないと環境によってはグラスが曇る場合があります。曇り・汚れが洗っても落ち難い時は、食酢などを加えると落ちやすくなります。

While we have strict quality control standards in place, due to the nature of handmade glass and the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in shape, as well as the possibility of air bubbles, irregularities in the material, and other imperfections. Care Instructions

When Cleaning: When cleaning the glass, please wash it separately from other tableware using a mild detergent and gentle handwashing. Avoid using sponges, cleansers with abrasive agents, or metal scouring pads, as they can scratch the glass and cause damage. Please be cautious about wearing rings or any other items that could potentially scratch the glass. Avoid using dishwashers, as some models may subject the glass to high-temperature water, potentially leading to breakage. Exercise caution when washing the inside of the glass. Do not exert excessive force when twisting to wash the inside, as this could lead to breakage and unexpected injuries. It is recommended to use a sponge with a handle or a similar item for washing the inside.

During Use: Glass may break when subjected to rapid temperature changes, especially sudden cooling. Avoid placing cold items into a hot glass or placing the glass on wet surfaces. The glass becomes more susceptible to breakage when it has scratches. Handle the glass carefully to avoid contact with other glasses or hard objects.

When Storing: After cleaning, ensure the glass is thoroughly dried before storing. Stacking glasses can lead to breakage or make them difficult to separate. Except for stacking-specific designs, it is advisable not to stack glasses. If you must stack them, place soft paper or a similar material between the glasses. If the glass becomes cloudy due to environmental factors after a prolonged period of non-use, adding vinegar or a similar substance may help in removing the cloudiness or stains.
