究極に薄い0.5㎜の縁をしているため薄張りグラスのような口抜けが可能になり、金属特有の香りや味がせず、味以外のノイズを取り除きます。またしなやかなカーブを描き適度にしなるスプーン先端によってルウのようなソースも最後まですくいやすくなっています。
