発酵に1年、熟成に2年以上の3年物の柿酢です。


酵母菌と酢酸菌も添加せず、柿本来の発酵力だけで醸しています。霞ヶ浦周辺でとれた柿と香取の杜の空気のみ。一滴の水も加えておりません。


自然発酵・無添加・無濾過・非加熱は酢之宮のこだわりで、味はまろやかなのに漲る発酵のチカラを感じます。クセがなく酵母との香りとほんのり感じる甘味は、お料理にかけても、お飲み物に入れても。素材の旨味を引き立ててくれます。
